Well, the day has come when I finally got to hold my book in my hands. I was shaking with excitement opening the box, tearing at the sticky tape to get to my book.
I remember 10 years ago (again, I know, that’s a ridiculously long time to spend writing a book) to when I first got the idea for Poseidon’s Academy. I saw a girl in my head who had the power to move stars. At the time, I was working on a different book, so I didn’t pay her much attention, but that girl kept popping into my head, forming more and more into the character that would eventually become Hailey Woods (fun fact: her name was originally Hailey Williams, but I changed it after discovering that was a famous singer’s name). Now, a decade later, that world I created is actually a book–I can’t wait to add it to my bookshelf!
Poseidon’s Academy is available at the majority of online book shops, including Amazon, Book Depository, and Barnes & Noble.
